Independent Disability Support

Friendly, reliable one-on-one support that puts you first.

About Xenly

Xenly is run by an independent disability support worker operating as a sole trader. That means you deal with one person, every time. Support is built around your goals, your routine, and your community, without the overhead of a big agency.

I am also a qualified all-abilities swim teacher and a working lifeguard, and I currently teach with Rainbow Club, a not-for-profit network of swimming clubs for children and young adults with disability. The water is often where people are most relaxed and most capable, and it is something I can genuinely support rather than only supervise.
