Friendly, reliable one-on-one support that puts you first.
Batemans Bay · Moruya · Narooma by arrangement
Xenly is run by an independent disability support worker operating as a sole trader. That means you deal with one person, every time. Support is built around your goals, your routine, and your community, without the overhead of a big agency.
I am also a qualified all-abilities swim teacher and a working lifeguard, and I currently teach with Rainbow Club, a not-for-profit network of swimming clubs for children and young adults with disability. The water is often where people are most relaxed and most capable, and it is something I can genuinely support rather than only supervise.
Getting out and about for social activities, events, shopping, and staying connected with your community.
Reliable transport and support to attend medical appointments, therapy, and everyday errands.
A hand with day-to-day tasks and routines, building skills and independence at your own pace.
Support in and around the pool or the beach, from an all-abilities swim teacher who also works as a lifeguard.
I work with self-managed, plan-managed and agency-managed participants.
If you are not sure which of those applies to you, say so in your enquiry and I will help you work it out.

A quick note. My capacity is very limited at the moment, so I may not be able to take on new participants right away. You are still very welcome to reach out, and I will let you know as soon as availability opens up.
